This caterpillar pattern is very easy with a very simple and versatile stitch (great for beginners) – unique crochet! The single crochet is the only stitch you need to know how to make this caterpillar. If you know how to do a single crochet and want to work in a round (or spiral), this is the perfect model for you 🙂 You can use any weight line with the appropriate hook size to create a different texture, feel free to also experiment with pips colors and sizes! I used 4 layers of cotton thread to make mine.
